"Diffraction is an ultimate limit. It limits our eyes, it limits telescopes and also pinhole cameras. While photographing the 2024 eclipse I hit the limit and discovered diffraction. Intrigued, I decided to try to capture the diffraction pattern of my pinhole camera."
"Home-made wooden 5X7 camera. Distance from hole to paper is 3 meters (10 feet). Made for the eclipse, I reused it to capture the infinitely small. The pattern was created with a 405 nm purple laser. 2 seconds of exposition."
